Ingredients: 200g bulgur
4 tomatoes
1 yellow onion
1 bunch of parsley
1\4 bunch of mint
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Put the bulgur in a bowl filled with cold water and leave for 15 m.
Cut the tomatoes and into very small cubes.
Finely slice the yellow onion. Chop the parsley and mint. In a large salad bowl, mix the cooled bulgur, tomatoes, yellow onion, parsley and mint. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Salt, pepper and mix well. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. You can add pieces of fresh grenadine on top.
