Crispy Beef Shawarma – Style Restaurant

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs thinly sliced beef (sirloin or flank)

  • 3 tbsp vinegar

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • Shawarma spices (paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, 7 spice)

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice beef very thin.

  2. Marinate 6–24 hours.

  3. Cook on very hot skillet in small batches.

  4. Let it sear before stirring to create crispy edges.

🔥 Pro Restaurant Secrets

  • Ajouter une petite noix de gras de bœuf ou beurre clarifié sur la plaque.

  • Une pincée de sucre brun dans la marinade aide à caraméliser.
