Lebanese Chicken recipe.

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions (English):

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden.

  5. Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley.
