4 skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions (English):
In a bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden.
Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley.
