We fully respect all personal opinions from customers.Reviews matter to us when they are based on a real dining experience.

👉 A review should focus only on:

  • The food you ate (good or not)

  • The price

  • The cleanliness of the place

  • The service you received

That’s it.

❌ We do not accept:

  • Insults

  • False statements

  • Personal attacks

  • Comments about restaurant management or internal operations

A customer’s role is to share an honest experience, not to manage a restaurant online.

A simple and respectful advice

If you are inside the restaurant and something is not right:➡️ Speak directly with the manager or owner.

In most cases, the issue will be solved immediately, before you even leave the restaurant.

Jumping straight to negative reviews seriously harms restaurateurs, often over issues that could have been resolved in minutes.
